Where can I download the CCWC logos?
If my organization is awarded a grant, what is needed to collect the money?
Grant recipients will receive award letters in December that details grant requirements. Please read the letter carefully and share with anyone who will be responsible for implementing, administering or reporting on the grant. Complete the Letter of Agreement and return it as soon as possible. RACC (our fiscal agent) will then send you your grant check. When your event/program is completed, log into the grant website and submit your final report within 30 days.
Where can I download the Final Reports form?
Complete your organization’s Final Grant Report here.
What is the grant application process?
Late summer (typically early September), the grant cycle opens. Around this time, CCWC will hold one or more orientation sessions. Grants can be submitted during the following 4-6 weeks. The grant deadline normally is around early October. At this time, all grant applications are due” no exceptions. In December, CCWC sends out grant award notifications.
Is a CCWC grant the same as a RACC grant?
No, they are different. CCWC disperses funds from the Oregon Cultural Trust only. RACC receives funding from a variety of public and private partners to serve artists, arts organizations, schools and residents throughout Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties. Oregon Cultural Trust is only one funding partner out of many. RACC serves as the CCWC fiscal agent for grant funds.
I have an idea for a grant. How do I know if it qualifies?
See the CCWC Grant Orientation 2015 for an overview of the grant process and guidelines. Another useful resource is CCP Grant Guidelines 2015 cycle. Additionally, you are encouraged to attend one of the Fall orientation sessions for more information.
Where do I apply?
Beginning September 1st, application may be submitted online through the Regional Arts & Culture Council’s new grant application portal, www.racc.submittable.com.
How do I find out if my grant was accepted?
You will be notified by letter about the outcome of your grant application.
I have a program I’d like to bring to Washington County schools. Any tips?
Before applying for your grant, we recommend you seek prior approval in writing from the school(s), stating their willingness to accommodate your show or program in their school schedule.
